Pineapple-Coconut Soft Serve

INGREDIENTS
3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut creme (not milk)
1 tbs agave nectar
Pinch of salt
Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Add pineapple, coconut creme, agave and salt into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
Process for a few more minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Serve in individual bowls or cones and top with toasted coconut flakes!
*if you prefer it not quite as soft, place it in a freezer-safe container and freeze for an hour or so.
